When we have too much, we tend to waste them on unnecessary things when it is evident, a lot of people are in need. Even with the smallest help, we are making a difference in peoples’ lives.
It is said that, to give is better than to receive. It gives one a sense of fulfillment, knowing that he/she is making the world a better place for everyone through; the provision of basic necessities of life such as: food, clothing, shelter, health care and education. It is the goal of HLC to empower the women and girls towards achieving economic stability through their education and skills acquisition programs. We also provide the women with small business loans. In doing so, we request that you partner with us as we alleviate the burden of hardship, poverty and deprivation in rural communities.
