Covid-19 pandemic has no doubt impacted humanity as never seen before. Its effect on the less privileged cannot be over estimated. While the mission of Humane Life Charities is to assist women and girls become financially independent, we could not look away from the current food crisis resulting from the pandemic. As a result, HLC have decided to expand its outreach programs to include setting up food shelves/pantries in some rural communities in Nigeria. This is to help families and communities meet their food needs both here in the US and in Nigeria. HLC’s effort in this area has been very successful. Poor families in these villages now have some fall back for their daily food needs. This will not be possible without the generous help of our associates and donors. We at HLC hereby use this opportunity to thank our workers, volunteers and board members for their services during this pandemic.
